Structural Hierarchy Tree — Set up and control security parameters, user attributes, and branch properties for a branch, bank, or holding company from a single location.

Reports — Produce over 20 reports with flexible criteria, such as information about branch and teller activity, host response time, official checks issued, teller balancing history, and much more.

Remote Supervisor Override — Prompt the supervisor for an override without leaving the customer. A supervisor and teller can view the same transaction information simultaneously.

Customized Fee Policies — Customize fees by type, dollar amount, and description. Establish an authority level required for waiving fees, and attaching fees to a particular transaction. This feature helps supervisors monitor fee collection and manage fee income.
